Shipping policy

**Due to the global impact of COVID19 you may experience a delay in the shipping of your order**

All orders are shipped via USPS 

Please allow up to 3-5 business days ( Weekends & Holidays are not included) for VaNor' to process your order.  Any orders received after 4 pm (EST) will be considered the next business day.

If packages are returned to VaNor' Glosses for incorrect or missing shipping information, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs & for the redelivery of the products. If an shipping address needs to be modified please email support@vanorglosses.com within 24hrs of order for assistance. 

VaNor' Glosses is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once we receive a delivery confirmation from the carrier.
